Because these are research materials, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products with the tamper-evident seal intact, within 14 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
Opened products, or any product with a broken seal, cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.
